Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine is an enigmatic artist, performer and composer. He combines soul gospel jazz and R&B to create a unique blend. From Broadway to European festival and clubs, Sunshine has performed all over the world. Sunshine has the name Denise White. She is originally from Chester Pennsylvania, where she started her musical career by playing piano and singing at church. She studied at Spellman College and began to master the R&B styles of Atlanta. Sunshine came to national attention during four daily shows at the 2008 Democratic National Convention and was subsequently invited to sing at the inauguration of President Obama in 2009.
